Oasis Palm offers two different packages of Dubai City Tours. One is a shared “seat in the coach” package, and the other is exclusive. In an exclusive package, we provide a car accommodating up to 6 passengers. In a shared tour package, our tour guide will take you through the city’s fixed points that are considered the most popular. You will get a fixed time within which you MUST complete the site tour and take selfies. When you take our exclusive sightseeing package, you can request our driver to spend more time in one location and even change the tour route. However, the duration of the Dubai tour remains the same. It is important to note that the pricing of the shared package is less than that of the exclusive city tour. However, no matter which option you choose, we will provide you with the best sightseeing experience in Dubai City.
Guided City Tour
Welcome to our guided city tour. We conduct this tour on a “Seat-n-coach” basis. This means you will get a seat on our coach, taking you around the city. The coach will pass through a fixed point of interest. Our tour guide will introduce the location uniquely and regale you with his own stories about it. At each location, you will get a specific time. The coach will have complimentary bottled water. It is not recommended for those who want to spend more time in some sports and less time in others. The most significant advantage is that you will get to cover all the points we planned out. As Dubai has a fantastic bouquet of destinations, it can become very confusing for a beginner to decide which locations could fit in a half-day budget-friendly sightseeing Dubai tour. Hence, we recommend a guided city tour of Dubai in our air-conditioned coach.
Exclusive City Tour
If you have a group that wants to sit together and have a private experience of the city tour, we welcome you to our Exclusive tour package. The vehicle is available for half a day with you. - You would be picked up around 8:30 am
- The first stop would be Bastakiya, the Heritage point that has the Dubai Museum, Old Souk, and Sheik Saeed Fort

- From the Mosque, the next destination is the Burj Al Arab Hotel and the beach for a round of selfies

The Experience
The City Tour by Oasis Palm provides glimpses of Old and New Dubai. Your tour starts at 8:30 am with the first stop at Al Fahidi Port, which houses the Dubai Museum. It is one of the oldest areas of Dubai, famous for heritage architecture, old-style souks, and typical narrow lanes. After completing the museum visit, we will drive you to the beautiful Jumeirah Mosque to understand Islam as a religion and its values. The world-famous Burj AL Arab, the only 7-star hotel in the world, comes next. The towering sail-shaped hotel is made on an artificial island in the Arabian Gulf. You may take plenty of selfies here against the backdrop of this majestic hotel and the beach. Our next destination is the Atlantis Hotel on Palm Island, a palm tree-shaped manmade island that gave a massive boost to tourism, as well as the premium real estate of Dubai. The Atlantis Hotel is a visual treat and overlooks the expansive Arabian Sea. There is a walking promenade for you to get going with many selfies. From the Atlantis Hotel, your bus comes to the famous Sheik Zayed Road between Dubai and Abu Dhabi. It is a 6-lane highway on each side on which vehicles run at a top speed of 120 km to 140 km. The next stop is the Mall of Emirates, which houses Ski Dubai, the only indoor ski resort in the Middle East. The Mall of Emirates is one of the world’s biggest malls and a shoppers’ paradise. You will come to the final destination from the Mall of Emirates, i.e., Burj Khalifa, a true showstopper. A serene lake surrounds this tower, the tallest in the world.

Cancellation Policy
Oasis Palm Tourism reserves the right to cancel or postpone tours or activities due to events beyond our control, including but not limited to bad weather, personnel strikes, equipment malfunction, or military action.
If we cancel due to force majeure, we will arrange an alternate date or offer you a complete or partial refund.
Apart from the above condition, we do not provide a refund if you cancel your trip alone. However, we will provide alternate dates if you have any issues with the previously booked date.
If you cancel within 24 hours before the trip or activity, or if you and your party do not show up at the scheduled time, you will be charged the entire amount for the tour or activity.
