Cancellation Policy

We reserve the right to cancel your trip with limited information when the government asks us to do so due to unseen major events. Upon cancellation, we will provide you with an alternate trip date. Only in very exceptional cases will you get partial reimbursement at the discretion of the management.

If you cancel your trip more than 24 hours before, we will accommodate you in our next schedule of the same trip. However, if you want to cancel your trip within 24 hours of the trip, we may not be able to provide you with any alternatives as we pay for all arrangements one day before.
